How Do I Send In My Return To You?

The return process can be started on shop.worldmarathonmajors.com using the links below. If you are creating a new return request, please use the "Request New Return" located on the "My Returns" page.

If you have an account, use the Account link to login to your account. After logging in, click the RETURNS Tab to start your return.

If you do not have an account, use the Guest link. Items that do not meet the requirements stated below will not receive an RMA number and are ineligible to return/exchange.


You will be asked to provide:
 - Order number
 - First & Last name
 - Phone number & email address
 - Product(s) to return and indicate: reason for return, item condition and desired resolution.  

Once the RMA request is submitted, it will go into a Pending Approval status.  RMAs are reviewed and approval is provided within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Return Requirements:

- The item(s) must have been purchased on shop.worldmarathonmajors.com 

- The item(s) must be in their Original condition with Tags attached.

- The item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. - You must include a copy of your original order confirmation email or packing slip.

You will NOT be reimbursed for shipping charges unless:

- You have received the wrong item.

- The item you have received is damaged.

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.

***PLEASE NOTE: All items marked “FINAL SALE” are items that we are clearing from our inventory and offered at deep discounts.  Final Sale products are excluded from coupon codes and promotional offers. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
