Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
How Do I Send In My Return To You?
The return process can be started on shop.worldmarathonmajors.com using the links below. If you are creating a new return request, please use the "Request New Return" located on the "My Returns" page. If you have an account, use the Account link to login to your account. After logging in, click the RETURNS Tab to start your return. If you do not have an account, use the Guest link. Items that do not meet the requirements stated below will not receive an RMA number and are ineligible to return/exchange.
What Orders Are Qualified To Be Returned/Exchanged?
Your item may only be returned/exchanged under the following conditions: 1. The item(s) must have been purchased on shop.worldmarathonmajors.com 2. The item(s) must be in their Original condition with Tags attached. 3. The item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.

We currently offer free shipping on Continental U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 USD or more.
Processing Times
All standard orders have a 1 to 2 business day processing time before they are shipped out, regardless of the shipping option chosen.
Returned to Sender Shipments
nfortunately when a package is returned to sender we do not have the ability to resend the items. Once our warehouse has inspected and processed the package, we will get a notification of the returned shipment and issue you a refund for your items.

Globalshopex is a global ecommerce solution that provides a more cohesive experience for our international customers. Our international customers can enjoy being able to view & purchase the cost of their order in their own native currency. Globalshopex will also allow us to not only provide competitive shipping costs to our international customers, but also include the duties & taxes in their shipping charges.
Track International Order
International orders placed that ship via GlobalShopex will come with a separate order confirmation via GlobalShopex. This order confirmation will includes all charges as well as any tracking information including the carrier of the package.
How Are Duties & Taxes Charged On International Orders?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities & is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the merchandise purchased, the classification of the merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted & used by the countries Globalshopex supports, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) rates set by the destination country.

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of your order date. Please reach out to our customer service department for a price adjustment on your order.
Sale vs. Clearance
Sale items are items that have a limited time offering that can expire at any moment. We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of your order date. Often times, Sale items will have a limited inventory & only be offered while supplies last. Clearance items are items that are FINAL SALE & sold AS IS. These items are not eligible to be returned for a refund. Clearance items are subject to limited stock availability & are only offered while supplies last. Clearance items will be marked with a Red Slash through the original price and the clearance price will be shown beside it.
Coupon Codes
You may only use one coupon code per order. All coupon codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, and cannot be used once expired. Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person.
